ilke Homes plans largest modular scheme

Modular housing provider ilke Homes is planning its largest scheme to date, following a string of acquisitions this year.

ilke will develop 277 homes at its newest scheme on a 14.6-acre site in Grantham, Lincolnshire.

The modular housebuilder has acquired the consented site from Anderson Group. The homes will be built at its Yorkshire factory and will be completed in just over two years.

It follows recent deals in Nottinghamshire, Worcestershire and Warwickshire.

ilke Homes has a target to deliver 5,000 homes a year by 2025. It has a development pipeline of 3,200 homes, which has almost trebled from the level a year ago.
