SEGRO’s shares have edged up slightly today after gaining approval to list shares on the Euronext Paris stock exchange.
The industrial REIT’s share price climbed by 0.1% to end the session at 909.8p.
Urban&Civic was up by just over 0.1%, finishing the day at 342.5p. Earlier today the developer disclosed a loss for the year ending September, on the back of lower land valuations and fewer commercial sales.
BMO Commercial Property was among the biggest REIT fallers on the stock exchange, with its share price falling by 4.5% to 69.7p.
Other notable fallers during the session included Schroder REIT, down by 4.5% to end the day at 37.3p, and Workspace Group, down by 4% to 674.5p.
The FTSE 100 was up by 0.27% at 6,351.45 points, while the FTSE 250 stayed largely static at 19,506.96.
