A new customer relationship management platform for estate agents has been launched by Street Group, the same team which previously created instruction generation tool Spectre.
The technology aims to transform the way agents communicate with their clients, from listing properties and arranging viewings through to sales.
It will provide transparency over the entire homebuying process, with real-time updates, and will also allow agents to be more productive by removing time-consuming jobs such as chasing conveyancers.
This will create efficiencies for agents around tasks that should have been automated a decade ago, which will cut costs and help increase margins, according to Street Group.
The software is also supported by an app that is available to download.
Street Group’s pricing structure has also been designed for maximum transparency. Using the platform starts at £6 per property per month, starting at 100 properties, with agents charged only for properties that are for sale, sold subject to contract, to let and let agreed.
“We said we’d redesign estate agency software from the ground up, and that’s exactly what we’ve done,” said Thomson Staff, co-founder of Street Group (pictured above).
Heather Staff, co-founder of Street (also pictured), added: “Street is the culmination of three years of hard work by the most talented developers and designers out there.
“This is technology that other industries had access to a decade ago.”
