Logistics developer Panattoni has leased a 370,942 sq ft speculatively built warehouse at Derby Commercial Park to healthcare logistics company Alloga UK.
The Derby 370 facility will be used as a storage and distribution facility, and is expected to open in mid-2021. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Alloga’s total warehousing footprint has been extended to 1.8m sq ft as a result of the deal.
Panattoni will start on-site in Q1 this year at an adjacent site, speculatively developing a 515,000 sq ft warehouse at Derby 515.

CBRE, Burbage Realty and Avison Young acted as joint agents on the scheme. JLL acted for Alloga UK.
