Kinetic Capital has completed a £34m development facility for Coventry-based Cassidy Group.
Cassidy will use the ESG-linked finance for the 436-bedroom student scheme on the former Spencer Sports Club in the Earlsdon suburb of the city.
The development is due to complete for the 2022/23 academic year.
