Retailer New Look’s disputed company voluntary arrangement is set to go to trial at the High Court in London on 17 March.
The case is being fast-tracked in the interests of the creditors and the company. It is scheduled to conclude on 24 March.
Creditors voted in favour of the restructuring agreement, which includes rent cuts, in September. In November it emerged that some of the landlords had lodged legal challenges to agreement.
