Muse Developments, the Canal & River Trust and Slough Borough Council have been granted planning consent for their £68m Stoke Wharf development in Slough, Berkshire.
Slough’s planning committee approved the proposals at the meeting on 10 February.
The Slough Urban Renewal joint venture will develop 312 homes on the site on the Grand Union Canal. The scheme will incorporate ground-floor commercial space, canalside recreational facilities and public realm improvements at Bowyer Playing Field.
Plans were lodged in November 2020 for a mixed-tenure scheme following engagement from 2019.
