Charity and social: Savills’ Atlantic row raises £100k for Mind

Savills’ Alex Soskin has completed the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge and raised £100,000 for charity.

Soskin and his team, Oardacity, completed the world’s toughest row in 40 days, covering more than 3,000 miles. The intrepid rowers started at La Gomera in the Canary Islands and crossed the Atlantic to finish at English Harbour in Antigua.

The team, which included Harry Hearn, Ed Batchelor and Tom Phillips, took on the transatlantic  challenge to raise money and awareness for mental health charity Mind and Christina Noble Children’s Foundation.
