PGIM Real Estate makes string of promotions in European drive

US investor PGIM Real Estate has made a string of senior promotions in Europe, designed to continue growing its presence on the continent.

Sebastiano Ferrante will be promoted to deputy head of Europe, having previously been in charge of the company’s operations in Germany and Italy. 

Jocelyn de Verdelon, meanwhile, will become head of European transactions, in a promotion from the head of France, Spain and Portugal role. That will be filled by Nabil Mabel, who is currently head of French and Spanish transactions.

Dominik Brambring will step in as head of Germany, Austria and Netherlands, while UK asset management chief Paul Stanford will be head of UK and Ireland.

In addition, David Gingell, currently executive director on the debt business, will become head of senior debt Europe, reporting into Andrew Macland, head of debt Europe.
