Savills Auctions’ team has taken on its fifth new auctioneer since March 2020 with the appointment of Nicholson Boyd.
Boyd brings with him 10 years of commercial and development experience and joins Savills as associate director. Originally a Savills graduate, Boyd subsequently worked in-house for a developer, before joining H&M’s in-house real estate team. During his previous time at Savills, Boyd spent two years with the auctions team.
“It’s great to be back with Savills. I’m excited to hit the ground running ahead of our sale in March. Savills has a large commercial offering and my move feels like a very natural progression for the auctions team. The new online world means that we’re not limited to the people in the room and can reach a wider audience. I look forward to working closely with the rest of the team and getting behind the rostrum again,” said Boyd.
