Branding agency MSQ Partners will move into a new office opposite the Royal Opera House on Bow Street, WC2, owned by Telereal Trillium.
The company, which counts Walmart, Coca-Cola and the UK government among its clients, has taken out a 10-year lease on the 20,300 sq ft office.
MSQ, which is currently based in Fitzrovia and Soho, will make the move to pay just over £62 per sq ft. The contract includes a 28-month rent-free period.
The agency will have its own private entrance to the third and fourth floors, where its offices are. Telecoms giant BT occupies the rest of the building, using it as a data centre.
Telereal was represented by Farebrother, while Ashwell London acted for MSQ Partners.
