Knight Frank has hired Savills director Daniel Harris as partner in its residential development team.
Harris spent more than seven years at Savills, most recently as associate director based in its Bristol office. He has 14 years’ experience in real estate and has worked with clients including Galliard Homes, Acorn Property Group and Generator Group.
At Knight Frank he will focus on the wider South West, advising clients on development from identifying sites for acquisition to sales and completion.
Harris said: “As a Bristolian born and bred, I know this region and its property market inside out. I’m looking forward to bringing all the knowledge and experience I have built up over the years and pairing it with the unique, partnership-led approach that Knight Frank is well-known for.”
