Federated Hermes has signed health technology firm Philips UKI for 40,000 sq ft of office space at its Ascent 1 building in Farnborough, Hampshire.
The purpose-built office, which spans two floors, will serve as Philip’s new UK headquarters and bring together its supporting offices.
Philips is a partner to the NHS and employs more than 1,000 people across the UK.
Canmoor has been Federated Hermes’ retained strategic adviser as it revamps the four buildings that comprise the 250,000 sq ft Ascent Farnborough. Further works are under way, including enhancement to the onsite amenity provision.
Cushman & Wakefield and Hollis Hockley are joint leasing agents. C&W acted for Philips on the deal.
