The price tag for the sale 100 Bishopsgate is expected to make the 37-storey tower Britain’s most expensive office building.
Brookfield Property Partners is expected to kick off a formal sales process for the building later in 2021 and is expected to command £1.8bn, surpassing the £1.3bn record set by the Walkie Talkie tower at 20 Fenchurch Street in 2017.
