Two identical acronyms are the focus of this month’s research podcast from EG, as the introduction of space standards in residential Permitted Development Rights proposals compels us to take a look at the past six months of planning applications via Radius, and assess what the numbers mean for the future of PDR.
The second element is less of a standard industry term (largely because it has just been created for this podcast) – Patio Dining Return. But with this week’s relaxation of coronavirus restrictions, we also discuss what a surge in proposals for outdoor seating means for major UK cities.
