McKay Securities has appointed Helen Sachdev as non-executive director.
Sachdev was previously chief operating officer at Marsh & Parsons and held senior roles at Barclays and Tesco.
She was previously NED at housing associations Optivo and Genesis Housing, and is chair of the Loughborough Building Society.
