Investment manager Mondrian is to relocate to LaSalle Investment Management’s newly completed office block at 60 London Wall, EC2.
The company has signed a lease for 38,000 sq ft of office space at the building, meaning the site now has occupiers for its top four storeys. Mondrian is currently based at 10 Gresham Street, EC2.
LaSalle Investment Management and Citygrove Securities’ redevelopment at the site includes 325,000 sq ft of office space over 10 floors, of which the top five have a combined 21,000 sq ft of terraces. The ground-floor retail offering has also been reconfigured. Designed by EPR Architects, the scheme was completed in November last year.
Gary Moore, fund manager at LaSalle, said: “Securing a significant letting to Mondrian is a testament to the exceptional quality of the development. We are thrilled to be partnering with Mondrian as they deliver their new best-in-class workplace for their employees and look forward to welcoming them into their new London home.”
Warren Shirvell, chief operating officer at Mondrian, added: “We are delighted to be relocating to 60 London Wall and have carefully selected the building as having unique sustainable and workspace opportunities for our business, allowing us to create the finest environment for our employees and clients.”
Knight Frank and JLL are the office leasing agents for the building, with Nash Bond and JLL the retail leasing agents. Masons City acted as the agent for Mondrian.
