David Currie (pictured, left) has joined Deeley Group as land and partnerships director to help spearhead the firm’s affordable living brand. He previously worked for CBRE.
The Southampton office of CBRE has promoted Emma Lockey (pictured, second left) to director in advisory and transaction services and Ghassan Al-Hourani to senior surveyor in the property management department.
BMO Real Estate Partners has appointed Joanna Tano (pictured, right) as head of research, working with its European teams in the UK, Germany and France.
Europa Capital has promoted James Farmer (pictured, second right) to partner. Will Hughes and Hugo Adams have been promoted to director. Yuko Burrows has been made an associate director.
Cluttons has appointed Raoul Veevers as head of planning. He joins from Montagu Evans and has more than 20 years of planning experience.
DMWR Architects has appointed Paolo Di Gennaro and Adam Blacker as directors in the London office and Chris Lenehan as a director in the Manchester office.
Chancerygate has appointed Matt Connor as development director to oversee the delivery of development opportunities across London and the South. Luke Morley joins from Bruntwood as asset manager for the North West office.
Aitchison Raffety has appointed Fergus Power as a new director to lead its operations in Birmingham and the West Midlands. He joins from JLL.
Cromwell Property Group has promoted Danya Pollard to head of capital solutions, Europe. She will also play a key role in Cromwell’s diversity and inclusion council.
Melburg Capital has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Greg Meller as vice president of investment, Helen Blair as chief financial officer and David Brown as senior adviser.
Knight Frank has appointed Scott Hogan to lead its new industrial and logistics practice in Scotland. He joined the firm six years ago and has headed its industrial and logistics offering in Aberdeen for the past three years.
M&G Investments has appointed Duncan Batty and Dan Riches to co-head the real estate finance team dealing with commercial mortgages in the UK, Europe and the US.
Daniel Landgraf has joined Germany’s ABG Capital, the investment manager of ABG Real Estate Group, as managing director.
Sonya Wyke has joined Eccord as head of property management. She previously held senior roles at BGRS and Santa Fe Relocation.
Mayer Brown has recruited Joe Conder as a partner in its real estate practice in London. He joins from Goodwin.
Avison Young’s Liverpool office has promoted Joel Lawson to director in the retail team and Simon Price to director in the real estate management team.
Former DFS boss Ian Filby has joined the Commercial Tenants Association’s advisory board to lead on the strategy around the formation of a new retail task force. He has more than 40 years’ retail experience and has been non-executive chairman of Joules since 2018. Filby takes up the role alongside chair Peter Vicary Smith, former chief executive of Which?.
