Camden Council has appointed AHMM to masterplan the redevelopment of West Kentish Town Estate, NW5.
The architect will work up a hybrid planning application for the regeneration with detailed plans for phase one.
Camden has been exploring the regeneration of the 316-home estate over the past three years. The council has been working with residents on various plans to redevelop the 1960s estate and boost the number of homes.
Full redevelopment of the site could see 800-880 new homes with public open space, a communal residents’ garden and shops.
