Ian Wimpenny (pictured, left) has joined Aitchison Raffety as head of the valuation division. Zoe Stojanovic has been promoted to director and head of marketing. Nathan Young has joined the healthcare team as a graduate surveyor.
Gary Morris and Tristan Hutton have joined the planning team at Alder King as partners. Sarah Hawkins (pictured, second left) joins as a partner and head of planning.
Kate Drew (pictured, second right) has joined Delancey as director of capital markets with responsibility for underwriting, sourcing, and executing debt strategies.
Daniel Pearce (pictured, right), a commercial property valuer, has joined the Southampton office of Vail Williams as partner. He previously worked at JLL.
Gent Visick has promoted Matt Harriman and Daniel Walker to associate directors. Harriman works in GV’s building consultancy division and Walker works across its agency and investment divisions.
Sangeeta Somchand has been named head of commercial real estate at Seddons. She joined the firm in 2014 and specialises in development and commercial property real estate work.
Tanya Atkinson has joined Bruton Knowles as a core valuer to provide valuation advice for loan security across commercial and residential properties.
Lorna du Sautoy has joined BDB Pitmans as legal director in its private real estate practice.
Astarte Capital Partners has expanded its investor team with the appointment of Tingting Peng as director. She previously worked at ESO Capital.
Lester Aldridge has appointed Rachel Gimson as a partner in the Bournemouth property litigation team. Rebecca Humm, based in Southampton, has been made a partner in the real estate team.
Knight Frank has recruited Ross Malkin as a partner to lead the property asset management team in Yorkshire. Richard Bayliss has been appointed as an associate in the central London office. Both join from CBRE.
Conygar has appointed David Baldwin as finance director and company secretary.
Harris Lamb has hired Chris Hammersley as a senior planner and Josie Hobbs as a graduate planner in its planning department.
The Glasgow office of London & Scottish Property Investment Management has appointed Stuart Lockhart as head of property management for operations and Peter Stasiuk as head of property for management projects and services. Jane Smith and John-Paul Longmuir have been made property managers, and Tracey Moffat joins as head of property accounts.
Proptech firm houzen has appointed Tim Phillips as chief investment officer and Benjamin Lee and Oya Gunay as investment directors.
Hollis has recruited Russ Garnett as a senior associate responsible for advising on corporate merger, divestment and acquisition transactions.
MAPP has appointed Nikki Yates as director and head of occupier experience and Rob Stokes as director and head of data.
HLM Architects has appointed Dan Brown as an associate and head of modern methods of construction delivery.
Cromwell Property Group has appointed Lionel Naturkrejt as head of investment in France.
DWF has appointed partner Andrew Batterton in the planning team and legal director Naithan McBride in the global construction team, based in Leeds.
Sam Birtwistle has joined Matthews & Goodman in Liverpool as an associate in the business space team. He was previously with BE Group.
Hayfield has promoted Andy Morris to the role of managing director. Co‑founder, Mark Booth has been made chairman.
Daniel Owens has joined Anwyl Homes as commercial manager for the Lancashire region. Berit Rose has been appointed as senior land manager for Cheshire and North Wales.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed James Woolley as a partner in its student accommodation valuation team. He joins from Knight Frank.
Zachariah Denton has joined the planning team at Henry Adams. He is currently undertaking a chartered town planner apprenticeship.
