Residential landlord G2M has secured a £25m loan from Paragon Bank to back new acquisitions.
The Doncaster-based landlord will use the finance to expand to new geographies.
The company focuses on refurbishing existing PRS stock.
G2M’s chief executive Paul Morton said: “The facility from Paragon will provide an accelerant to the equity in our business, significantly increasing both the number of homes we can regenerate as well as increasing the positive environmental and social impact we are delivering.”
