Plum Fenton (pictured, centre) has joined Haringtons UK as a London specialist adviser tasked with sourcing homes to rent and buy for investor and end-user clients.
Anwyl Homes has strengthened its design team with the appointment of Kevin Coyne (pictured, right) as senior architectural technician. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists.
Andrew Stanford (pictured, left) has joined Colliers to lead the residential build-to-rent team. He was formerly a government adviser and spearheaded the department for communities and local government’s private rented sector taskforce.
Avison Young has appointed Tim Harrison as principal to its national business rates team. He joins from CBRE.
CBRE’s new specialist development viability team has recruited Matt Spilsbury and Steve Smith to its North West planning and development team. Spilsbury joins as senior director and Smith as an associate director from Turley.
Lombard Odier Investment Managers has appointed June Chua as a portfolio manager in the Asian emerging markets equities team. Arnaud d’Aligny joins as a portfolio manager for European equities.
Knight Frank has recruited Shabab Qadar as a partner to lead its commercial research team. He joins from Invesco where he was a senior analyst.
Manchester-based P4 Planning has promoted Rhian Thomas and Gillian Worden to directors. Thomas will head up internal culture and people development and Worden will lead on developing client relationships and future business growth.
