Flight Club aims for more regional expansion with Leeds letting

Flight Club, which runs social darts venues, is opening its third outlet outside of London, taking space in a Grade II-listed building in Leeds.

The company has taken a 20-year lease on almost 16,000 sq ft of space across the ground and first floors of Hillview Real Estate’s Sovereign House.

The venue is Flight Club’s third regional excursion, following openings in Manchester and Birmingham. It will also open a new venue in Bristol next month.

Dom Ketteringham, asset manager at Hillview Real Estate, said: “Flight Club’s decision to choose Leeds as the next city to expand into is a huge endorsement.”

Ketteringham described the leasing deal as the “first step” in Hillview’s repositioning of Sovereign House, which also has 20,000 sq ft of office space.

Hillview Real Estate was advised by Pudney Shuttleworth, while Flight Club was advised by the Leisure Partnership.
