CBRE has appointed Kieran McLaughlin (pictured) as head of residential land and development for the North of England.
McLaughlin spent 16 years at JLL as a director for residential development, based in Manchester.
During this time he focused on land and development for the North West, advising a range of public sector clients, corporate landowners, banks, private propcos and high net worth landowners.
Prior to this he worked as a surveyor at GVA for almost four years.
McLaughlin joins CBRE this month as a senior director, and will work closely with associate director Jessica Coombes and Ashley Anderson.
