Birmingham is auctioning off more than £1m of commercial ground rents.
The five lots, with guide prices between £125,000 and £250,000, will feature in Bond Wolfe’s next livestreamed auction on Wednesday 21 July.
The properties are 86 Lord Street, 160 Hockley Hill, 70 Summer Lane, 110 Bissell Street, and 10 & 10a Eyre Street, all in Birmingham.
