Leeds site snapped up by Chancerygate and Bridges

Chancerygate and Bridges Fund Management has paid Halifax Estates £6m for an 11-acre site in Leeds.

The jv plans to transform the Triangle 45 site into a £31m speculative industrial development, stretching over 231,000 sq ft.

The site, three miles north-west of the city centre, will house 23 owner-occupier units ranging from 4,000 sq ft to 34,000 sq ft.

Leeds City Council can expect a planning application within the next two months.

Chancerygate and Bridges were advised by Lambert Smith Hampton. Sanderson Weatherall acted for Halifax Estates.
