Plans for 50 eco pre-fab homes, backed by the Reuben brothers, have been given the green light in Kent.
Dover council’s approval will allow Etopia Homes to start work on the 6.35-acre site in Eastry. The development will include 35 homes for private sale and 15 affordable homes, all with an EPC A rating.
Etopia Homes is one of five companies in the Reuben Brothers-backed Etopia Group.
Development director James Pikett said: “This site represents our biggest scheme to date, demonstrating the rapid growth trajectory we’ve been on over the last few years as a company.”
