PRS REIT has completed its 4,000 home.
The private rented sector REIT believes it has now assembled the largest single family BTR portfolio in the UK.
The completion of the 4,000th home takes the total estimated rental value of the portfolio to £37.7m.
More is in the pipeline, with 1,096 additional homes at varying stages of development. The REIT’s initial target was 5,200 homes, with an ERV of £50.0m.
The 4,000th home is a three-bedroom house at its Duttonfields development on Deeside, close to Chester.
