Trebor Developments and Hillwood have been granted full planning consent for a 540,000 sq ft warehouse scheme in Peterborough.
The speculative two-unit development – one 307,715 sq ft and the other 231,155 sq ft – will be suitable for either distribution or manufacturing and will be dubbed Delta Park, Peterborough.
The units will be built on a 30-acre site that Trebor and Hillwood have agreed terms to acquire from Mars Petcare UK.
Trebor’s development manager Greg Dalton said: “We anticipate having these units available for occupation in Summer 2022.”
Delta Park is being jointly marketed by Avison Young and Gerald Eve. Gerald Eve also acted for Mars on the sale of the site, while Avison Young advised the buyers.
