A Midlands residential agency set up three years ago by former CBRE and JLL directors has added to its team with the hire of a new development surveyor.
Lewis Russell (pictured above, centre) has joined Highgate Land and Development to focus on development land agency work across disposals and acquisitions.
HLD was set up in 2018 by Adrian Willet (pictured above, left), formerly senior director for residential development and investment in the Midlands at CBRE, and Richard Roberts (right), who had been the head of JLL’s Midlands residential development team.
Having added to the team shortly after launch, the company now has six members of staff, working across land agency, development consultancy, affordable housing sales, strategic land and alternative markets.
Roberts said: “Lewis’ proactive approach will assist us greatly in further strengthening our position in the development land market in terms of both land disposal instructions and acquisitions.”
