Schroder European REIT has collected 94% of rent due for the current quarter.
The European growth cities specialist boasted full occupation across its €204.7m (£175.4m) portfolio, which increased in value by 0.9% over the quarter from €202.9m.
In the previous two quarters the REIT collected 92% of rent due.
