Brasier Freeth is closing the gap on CBRE at the top of EG’s leaderboard of the most active agents in Hertfordshire, helped by a 13,000 sq ft letting in Hemel Hempstead.
The agent’s largest deal was the disposal of 13,066 sq ft of industrial premises at unit 5, Prologis Park on Eastman Way (pictured). Osprey London is taking the space from Prologis (Cubic Building) on a 10-year lease.
CBRE has dealt with 199,481 sq ft of transactions in Hertfordshire in the year to date, while Brasier Freeth has acted on 186,623 sq ft. Completing the top five are Knight Frank on 112,797 sq ft, Stimpsons on 103,009 sq ft and Adroit Real Estate Advisors on 95,955 sq ft.
