Vistry buys into Cala’s Crowthorne club for £31m

Vistry has bought a 10-acre plot at Cala Homes’ Berkshire flagship for £31m.

The Crowthorne land, known as Phase 4a, has been earmarked for 160 homes and sits within the wider Buckler’s Park masterplan.

Vistry will now partner with Cala Homes Thames to deliver the scheme, which has outline planning for 1,000 new homes, along with a primary school, community and sports centre, pub, and public realm.

The site, on the north-eastern edge of Crowthorne village, is located next to the 100-acre Buckler’s Forest.

Knight Frank acted for Cala.
