L&G boss Nigel Wilson has said that “a lot fewer people” are returning to their offices in the City, compared with the rest of the world.
The insurance-to-housing giant’s boss said that he had returned to his desk near Moorgate, EC2, but “when I’m looking out of my office window, the streets look fairly empty.”
He added that he did not think the old normal of 9-to-5 working days would ever return. “No, it will be different,” he said.
