Renaker has revealed plans for 2,000 homes in four residential towers of up to 60 storeys at the Trinity Islands scheme in Manchester.
The developer has launched a public consultation over designs from SimpsonHaugh architects for the two parcels next to the River Irwell on Trinity Way. The designs will see two pairs of towers, ranging from 39 to 60 storeys.
Renaker’s plans will supersede the existing consent for 1,400 homes in a vertical village of five towers of between 25 and 66 storeys, secured by Allied London.
It follows Renaker’s acquisition of the site in 2018.
