Savills’ stock hit its second record high in as many days on Friday, capping a week of gains for the agency.
The company again posted one of the best performances in the FTSE 350 index, up by almost 3% to 1,340p.
Savills stock has been buoyed after last week’s interim results confirmed that a Covid-19 recovery is in sight, with revenue and profit rising.
Joining the company on the list of the biggest gainers in London trading was Sirius Real Estate, up 3.7% at 123p.
The FTSE 100 ended the day at 7,218, a rise of 0.35%, with the FTSE 250 at 23,788, up by 0.2%.
