Wet weather has put the dampeners on a retail recovery as footfall slipped by 1.7% last week.
High streets saw visitor numbers drop by 2.2%, while shopping centres and retail parks fell by 1.3% and 1% respectively form the previous week.
Only Greater London saw an increase, by 0.2%, while other cities dropped by 4.6%.
But while it may be a decline on the previous week, the good news is that footfall overall is 15.1% higher than in the same week last year and 20.8% on high streets.
