Custodian REIT has bought a 20,000 sq ft office in Manchester for £6.25m.
The multi-let six-floor building, on Fountain Street, is let to Leyton UK, Meridian Healthcomms, Venditan and Fourthline for £406,704 per annum.
The deal reflects a net initial yield of 6.1%.
