The Noé Group’s real estate arm, Capreon, has appointed George Minns as its managing director as the firm seeks to grow its international investment portfolio.
Minns will carry out origination and execution of investments across Europe in his new role, with a strong focus on the British, German, Spanish and Italian markets.
He will also direct the growth of the business as well as leading business operations at an executive level, working closely with the group’s founding partners Zvi Noé, Raphael Noé, and David Bloom.
Minns previously worked as the director of acquisitions and regional transaction lead for Southern Europe at specialist real estate fund manager Europa Capital for seven years.
His experience also includes roles at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) and Blackstone, where he supported the workout of complex non-performing loan transactions secured against traditional and alternative real estate.
Zvi Noé, founding partner at Capreon, said: “With [Minns’] wealth of experience in the property and real estate world, we’re confident that he will build on the excellent work that we have delivered in growing our investment portfolio.”
Minns said he will be sharing his “knowledge and experience with the rest of the team, especially as they look to expand their operations across many of the major markets”.
