Patrizia is relocating its London HQ from Knightsbridge to Covent Garden.
The German fund is moving to hClub at 24 Endell Street, WC2, where it will bring its new “New Work” concept of office design to its own HQ.
Subject to planning permission, the firm will move some 200 employees to the new office in 2024. The building is to undergo an extensive modernisation and refurbishment work to make sure it is in line with Patrizia’s sustainability targets.
The hClub building, which was once The Hospital members’ club, was recently acquired by WE Holding for an undisclosed sum.

Patrizia founder and chief executive Wolfgang Egger said: “In 2018, well before Covid, we predicted that the future of offices won’t be just places for routine administration and standardised tasks. We wanted to lead the way in shaping the office of the future and started our New Work initiative for all Patrizia workspaces.
“Our ambition was to create a work environment for even more creativity, collaboration, productivity and more fun at work. New Work is a strong expression of our Patrizia company culture to be open, curious, creative and flexible. And cutting-edge technology in our New Work concept empowers us to live our values and purpose: since 1984 we have been making an impact by building communities and sustainable futures.”
Patrizia’s current HQ is at 166 Sloane Street, SW1.
