Abrdn has made further fresh appointments in its real estate team as the business undergoes a shake-up.
Alongside Tom Stenhouse, who has joined as head of real estate strategic capital from Patrizia, the asset manager has hired Satyan Sanghrajka (pictured above, left) as head of APAC real estate business strategy and investment specialists, and Andrea Goss (above, right) as an investment director in its investment specialists team.
Singapore-based Sanghrajkai worked at UBS for more than 26 years, most recently as a senior real estate investment specialist. In his role at Abrdn, he will focus on growing the Asia-Pacific real estate business and bringing more regional capital into the company’s UK and European activities.
Goss will work with global clients across varied strategies. She spent the past 15 years at Eastdil Secured in New York and then London, most recently as a senior vice president.
Over the past week, EG revealed a number of high-profile departures from Abrdn’s real estate business, including Andrew Creighton, global head of real estate investment management; Paolo Alonzi, global head of real estate business finance and strategy; and members of the UK residential team.
