Urban Logistics REIT was given a lift today, with its stock up by 2.6% to 180p after the company revealed details of its latest dealmaking.
The AIM-listed company has picked up a pair of sheds and a development site for a combined £29m. Chief executive Richard Moffitt said the transactions underscored the REIT’s “proven strategy” as it moves towards a Main Market listing.
The day’s largest real estate rise came from Hammerson, up by almost 5.8% to a month-plus high of 33.93p.
The sharpest fall came from Caledonian Trust, down almost 5% to 145p.
The FTSE 100 ended the week at 7,303, up 0.3% over the day. The FTSE 250 was up 0.5% at 23,596.
