Avison Young is leading the Q4 all-sector table of most space transacted as we head towards the mid point of the final quarter of the year.
The agent has recorded 876,556 sq ft of deals in the EG Radius On-Demand Rankings in Q4 to date, thanks to a strong performance in the industrial and logistics market.
In the office market Lambert Smith Hampton is top of the leaderboard. While in retail JLL is leading the way.
However, with some big-name rivals hot on their heels, there is all to play for before the final Q4 tallies are in.
