JLL has promoted Walid Goudiard to head of project & development services for EMEA.
Since joining JLL in 2006, Goudiard has helped grow the PDS business in France, Benelux and Northern Europe.
JLL said Goudiard’s “extensive knowledge of the wider future of work changes” would help the firm’s commitment to regenerate the built environment in a sustainable and responsible manner.
Goudiard said: “Now more than ever there is a chance and a need to reimagine the plan, design and fit-out of built environments to ensure they are human, innovative, and resilient.

Mark Caskey, EMEA work dynamics chief executive, said the PDS business was “uniquely positioned” to advise companies as they future-proof their real estate.
