Time Retail Partners has appointed retail investment specialist James Hessey (pictured, left) to its investment team. He joins from Shieldpay, where he was part of the founding team and director of operations.

Tilia Homes has strengthened its team with the appointment of John Mooney (pictured, second left) as construction director to oversee its developments across the northern region. He was previously operations director at Gleeson Homes.

Audley Group has appointed Matthew Nicholson (pictured, second right) as its new planning director. He brings more than 20 years of experience in planning and development to the role and was previously head of planning at intu Shopping Centres.

Atrato Group has appointed Chris Evans (pictured, right) as a senior adviser to its investment team for Supermarket Income REIT. Evans will work with SUPR on its acquisition strategy and asset management initiatives.

Granger Reis has hired Jamie Page as managing partner and Esmeé Vermolen as head of technology and innovation.

Hayfield has appointed Jason Hanney as a technical manager to facilitate the expansion of the in-house team. He joins from Seddon Construction, where he was a design manager.

Secure Trust Bank Real Estate Finance has appointed Matthew-Blaine Young and Chris Daly as head of origination for London and the South East, and Midlands and the South, respectively.

LCR has appointed Ben Morrison, James Verfuerth and Chris Holland as senior development managers and Vikram Mudhar and Wes Swanepoel as development managers to help drive growth and implement the company’s long-term strategy.

Former Belgravia Group members Jack Bristow, Johnny Leadsom, and James Mole have founded J3 Advisory. The firm aims to combine the property insurance and debt advisory markets to make it easier and faster for developers to access insurance and finance.

CBRE has hired Andrew Playfer as a senior director in its Manchester office. He has experience in the public and private sectors and will bolster the team’s development and advisory expertise. Giovanni Pilla joins the investment advisory team as an associate director from Cushman & Wakefield, where she worked in residential investment and the build-to-rent sector.

Nik Porter has been appointed to the newly created position of head of retail brand account management in Landsec’s new retail structure. The strategy focuses on leveraging innovative technology and data-driven insights to strengthen relationships with brand partners.

FirstPort has appointed Phil Tyler as chief digital officer to lead on the company’s digital transformation and IT operations.

Eric Wright Group has appointed Lesley McGregor as managing director of its health and care business and has promoted Wayne Ashton to director.

Deborah Shackleton, chair of the Grainger Trust, has stepped down from the board. She has been in the role since its establishment in 2012. Colin Sheriff will take over as chair. He has more than 40 years’ experience in social housing and is also the chair of Broadway Living.

Stephen Wilson has joined AddLiving as operations director for residential lettings. He was previously an associate director at Touchstone.

JLL Leeds has appointed James Mohammed as head of residential development and Brad Harris as an associate.

Countrywide Land & New Homes has appointed Paul Curtin as head of land; Stewart McMillan and Declan Toomey as senior land managers; and Elliss Morgan and Robert Cude as land managers. Joanna Barraclough joins as new homes divisional director for the South. Nathan Butler has been promoted to new homes divisional director for the North and Paul Adams as head of new homes for the central south and Wales region.

Matthew Jackson and Oliver Bartles- Smith have been appointed as assistant surveyors at Bradley Hall, where they completed a placement year while studying for their real estate degree.
