Countryside has appointed Kate Ives (pictured, left) as strategic growth director to support the delivery of the company’s expansion plans in London and the South.

Gresham House has strengthened its housing division with the hire of Narvinder Khossa as head of origination and Brandon Holloway (pictured, right) as deputy fund manager.

Tom Wattles has joined Delin Property to help grow its new institutional investment platform. He has previously held the positions of co-chairman and chief investment officer at ProLogis and co-founder and executive chairman at DCT Industrial Trust.

Strutt & Parker has strengthened its prime central London sales team with the addition of Agne Karuzaite as senior associate director in its west Chelsea office. In her new role, she will be responsible for the prime and super-prime markets in SW10. She joins from Savills.

Housebuilder Redrow’s Southern division has made the following new appointments: Sam Graham, head of land; Dan Hoare, head of technical; Katie Lamb, planning director; Sarah Cooper, finance director; Stuart Galloway, head of sales; Justin Brow, head of construction; Glenn Coles, head of strategic land; and Adam Ainsworth, commercial director.

Michael Debney has joined Law firm HFW’s Melbourne office as construction partner from Herbert Smith Freehills.

Galliard Homes’ Don O’Sullivan will step down as chief executive officer at the end of March 2022, to be replaced by Stephen Conway. Darren Maguire has been appointed as the new managing director of Galliard Construction.

Sigma Capital Group has appointed Laura Pitcher and Danielle Toal to its legal counsel in the Manchester and Edinburgh offices respectively. Mark Nicklin joins as site inspector in Manchester and Rob Mitchell has joined the London office as an investment and acquisitions graduate.

Morton Fraser has appointed partners Chris McLeish to the real estate team, Andrew Walker to the corporate team and Jack Kerr to the private client team.

Daniel Tomkinson has been appointed general manager for London Designer Outlet. He was formerly chief executive of Covent Garden Market Authority.

The Earls Court Development Company has appointed Ben Giddens as director of development and masterplanning. Currently development director at Argent Related, he brings vast experience of large-scale urban transformation to the role.

James Crow has joined Harworth Group as head of mixed tenure to broaden its residential product range and oversee the development portfolio of up to 2,000 mixed-tenure units.

Hargreaves Land has hired Zoe Shearman as a development surveyor for its central region, based in Leeds, where she will be responsible for opportunities in Yorkshire, the North West and the Midlands.

Hawk Block Management has appointed Rebecca Wilson as business development manager from HML Group, where she was regional business development manager.

JLL has appointed Lucy Jordan as director in the asset repositioning team, where she will lead a cross-sector task force to provide strategies for unlocking alternative use values and enhancing liquidity.
