PHP chair Steven Owen has been selected as the new chair of Palace Capital.
Owen has been the non-executive chair of Primary Health Properties since April 2018. Previously he was finance director and then deputy chief executive at Brixton.
Palace Capital’s current chair, Stanley Davis, will stand down on 31 December. He co-founded the REIT in 2010.
Owen said: “I very much look forward to working with the Palace Capital board and wider team as it continues with its strategic initiatives to generate attractive shareholder returns and close the current share price discount.”
