Trammell Crow has promoted David Neuman to president, European operations.
Neuman, who will be based in London and will sit on the executive committee, will oversee the firm’s European development businesses, including Telford Homes and European Logistics.
He will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities to expand the firm’s development business into other product types throughout Europe.
Neuman joined the MidAtlantic office of Trammell Crow in 2006 and was promoted to managing director in 2020. He played an integral role in the firm’s acquisition of Telford Homes, and in launching its European logistics business earlier this year.
Telford chief executive Jon Di-Stefano, and his successor, who will be announced next year, will report to Neuman, as will European logistics head Ian Worboys. Neuman will report to Trammell Crow CEO Mike Lafitte.
Lafitte said: “We remain bullish on expanding our footprint both geographically throughout Europe and by product types. Our occupier clients and capital partners have increased appetite to expand into and throughout Europe and we are confident in our ability to meet their needs with a healthy pipeline of development projects. I am confident that under David’s leadership we will become the premier developer in Europe.”
