Developer Olympian Homes and operator Node have launched a public consultation over plans for a 46-storey co-living tower in London’s Docklands.
The pair are proposing 800 co-living beds at the 0.5-acre site at 56-58 Marsh Wall, E14, near South Quay DLR station.
The site lies within Tower Hamlets and is currently home to a three-storey office building. The neighbouring site, 54 Marsh Wall, has consent for a residential development rising to 41 storeys.
Clusters of 57 flats will share kitchen and dining facilities. The scheme also includes co-working facilities, a cinema, gym and sky lounge.
Olympian has secured Node as the preferred operator and asset manager for the site. Node was launched in 2016 by former Blackstone managing director Anil Khera. The operator recently launched a 64-bed scheme in Brixton.
