Brunswick Property Partners has bought a central London office building in a £110m deal.
The Grade II listed block at 163-203 Eversholt Street, NW1, was once the ticket hall of Euston Station. It contains nearly 111,000 sq ft of office space across three adjoining buildings.
Built in 1840, it is let to 11 tenants, including technology companies Gentrack and Wildbrain and fashion brands Hobbs and Whistles.
Brunswick Property Partners acquired the building on behalf of its £1 billion London neighbourhood workplace venture, Akoya. It plans to revamp the site.
Jamie Acheson, senior director at BPP, said the area had “an exciting emerging occupational market with strong structural growth prospects”.
BPP founding director David Turner added: “Our Akoya workplace portfolio continues to perform well, reinforcing our commitment to make significant new acquisitions in London’s office market, where we continue to see value.”
BPP was advised by Allsop and Shoosmiths. Knight Frank advised the seller.
